What is your position?

I work at Bushiroad Music which is a subsidiary that focuses on music-related business. My responsibilities involve planning concerts and coordinating music production for "BanG Dream!". I collaborate with producers to plan live performances and new releases. Communication with voice actor agencies is also part of my work.

What led you to join Bushiroad?

I specialized in a stage direction course in university. I had the opportunity to plan concerts and create stage lighting design for musical performances. This led me to develop a strong desire to work in the entertainment industry. While searching for employment opportunities in the entertainment industry, I was drawn to Bushiroad due to its business strategy focusing around mixed media expansion and its determination to take on new challenges. I believed I could pursue what I wanted to do within this company, so I chose to join Bushiroad.

Can you identify how your experiences during your studies relate to your current job?

During my time at university, I was part of a club that aimed to "create the next generation of leaders." We engaged in activities to solve societal issues by interacting with companies funding activities in various regions. We discussed how to address social challenges and put those ideas into action.

Some examples of our accomplishment are: the organization volunteer projects that children can participate in, distribution of candy to combat food loss, etc. Out team received the "Unique Award" in a competition for our initiatives. I believe that these experiences of conceiving and promoting brought me to what I do now.
