BUSHIROAD RECRUITING 2028

About

Mission

Deliver "excitement"
to the world

As a diversified enterprise, our group's mission is to deliver "excitement" to the world.

We define this not simply as entertainment, but as touching experiences that encompass the full reality of success and challenge.

We are committed to continuously creating and delivering these exciting experiences to a global audience.

Vision

LIVE-MIXED
ENTERTAINMENT

Continuously develop "Entertainment"
that’s integrated with
"Live Experiences".

We define the excitement born from human connection—whether through TCG tournaments, music concerts, or pro-wrestling events—as "LIVE-MIXED ENTERTAINMENT."

In an era of rapidly evolving technology, we place a premium on the live experience.

We are committed to making entertainment experiences that are increasingly vivid and leave lasting impressions.

Value

STAND UP!
for Entertainment

Through challenges, our "Entertainment"
will continuously evolve.

Derived from "Cardfight!! Vanguard,"
the phrase "STAND UP!" embodies
the spirit of taking the initiative.
It represents our core value of "Challenge"
—the courage to stand on one's own.
Under the "BUSHI Values" (branded with the initials of our company name),
we define the specific attitudes and actions that characterize the unique Bushiroad style of taking on challenges.

FAQs

What benefits can I look forward to?

We offer a variety of benefits, including insurance coverage, childcare leave, and meal allowances.
• Available to confirmed employees only: Severance pay and a defined contribution pension plan.

What additional benefits can I look forward to?

For example, we offer a "living-close allowance" for employees who live near the office, as well as an office massage service.
The living-close allowance is calculated based on the difference between the cost of a commuter pass and a predetermined amount. This benefit is intended to encourage employees to make effective use of the time saved on commuting for self-improvement and to explore the entertainment industry.
Additionally, our office massage service is provided by an on-site massage therapist, allowing employees to enjoy massages during office hours. This service is popular among our employees.
